After stealing Chitauri technology and merging it with human weapons, Adrian Toomes builds a Vulture suit in order to help steal more stuff from the Department of Damage Control.

Learning the Vulture is going to hijack one of Tony Stark's planes, Peter Parker stops the Vulture from doing so, gaining Tony's respect.

Tony invites Peter into the Avengers and he declines.
