The Troubles can be dated back to one specific event unearthing a systemic problem. The banning of [5th] Siege. To some this banning was viewed as justified, to others this banning was viewed as a beef between the three leaders.

PenguinFlapjack the current second in command of the regiment, and often viewed as the 8thLR’s impartial judge, took the matter into his hands and attempted to clean up the situation. The case of “Daz & Mamba vs Siege”. It was the conclusion of this case that started The Troubles. Flapjack found Daz and Mamba guilty of breaking Admin Rule 8 (Rule 8: Having beef with someone is not grounds for kicking / banning them.) As such Flapjack striked both Daz and Mamba, the only time ever someone of a lower rank striked the Leader(s).

The Troubles escalated when mamba deleted the strikes causing more tension in the HQ.
