Ridiculed, with his pear-shaped head, his belly and his ruffles, the monarch swallows bags of gold taken by imposing the people, while rewarding his henchmen of coins that escape, then defecate in titles (appointment the patent of the Legion) and decorations for the benefit of the privileged class, from the pierced chair on which he sits.
