• Tutankhamun became king after Akhenaton died, Tut returned the capital back to Thebes and worship back to Amun
• Tomb found in 1922 when Carter discovered 12 steps leading to the entrance of the tomb
• Nesting coffins were found, the innermost one was covered in gold
• The coffing depicted him in hisdivine form, skin of gold, crook and flail, hair of lapis and lazuli
• Death mask rested on shoulders, on the back was spell 151b, to protect limbs and bones from the book of the dead
