Beschreibung:
Supreme Court Case ruled seven-to-one upholding the constitutionality of racial segregation laws for public facilities. The doctrine became known as “separate but equal” which legitimized state laws establishing racial segregation, as long as the segregated facilities were equal in quality. This is widely regarded as one of the worst decision in U.S. Supreme Court history.
