hurricane Ida hits Louisiana exactly 16 year after Katrina. thankfully not much damage was done to New Orleans. it did do allot of damage to baton rouge, a city just over 2 hours from new Orleans, it will need allot of rebuilding because of the damage hurricane Ida has done with top winds at 174 mph. it has also carried massive flooding after the hurricane to new York and new jersey, killing at least 4 dozen people.
