Johnny Depp received a warm welcome as he arrived at Munich airport on Thursday.

The Hollywood star was given a traditional gingerbread heart decorated with the words ‘Gruss aus Munchen’ – Greetings From Munich – while preparing to catch a flight out of the Bavarian city.

As always Depp was mobbed by fans, with many seeking autographs and selfies from the star.
