Rikyoert Pilosoḍĩ Vèfmèl, the most powerful and the last Velzen alcohol boss is killed at 9:57 AM in Voc̀of's Bar, Thes, Velzenia by the Grossyan Foreign Intervention Force (G.F.I.F.). Vèfmèl's death marked the end of illegal organized alcohol crimes in the Velzen REpublic and the end of the Prohibiton Period in Velzenia as his death sparked massive protests against prohibition. These protests compelled the Velzen Senate to overturn the Anti-Alcohol laws they set in place after the war.
