Amber Heard is feeling 'normal' again and throwing herself into a grueling exercise regime while she puts her divorce from Johnny Depp firmly behind her, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Heard, who is set to play superhero Mera in the Justice League and Aquaman films, is honing her body with intensive three-hour workouts and cardio sessions.

She's also undergoing combat and stunt training for the roles while she lives in London.
