The Bee Reform Act of 2021 is simply a joke created between ari_k and Saqs because ari_k believed that Saqs' honeycomb farm was infringing on the freedoms of his bees, and that they were wholly mistreated.

She believed bees should be given bigger wages and less work hours, and in her honeycomb farm stated that the shifts of bees were rotated, their wages were high, and they were hard, happy workers, and attributes their happiness to the amount of honeycomb she gets.
