On the 11th of November, Germany signed an agreement. This agreement was called an armistice agreement. This was an agreement that stated that there would be no more fighting and there would be peace. American troops advancement into the western front was the tipping point of the war. Germany had lost supplies and manpower, and were faced with danger of invasion. This is when they signed the agreement.
