1 Jan 2515 Jahr v. Chr. - Ancient Egyptians create the idea of robots. They knew them as "Thinking Machines," in reality these machines weren't intelligent but rather priests hid in them and spoke inside a statue. Whilst this was fake, it did raise the notion of man creating inanimate objects which can act and think for themselves.
