Mr. Sieben was tired of moderating so many issues and players and wanted the rules to be a little easier to follow. Especially following the beacon griefing, Mr. Sieben decided to make a plan, and many players discussed their thoughts on the violence update but the original draft was never enacted. Later more drafts were written though, and eventually one was selected.
