1 Sept 1864 Jahr - Charlottetown Confrence
Beschreibung:
The Charlottetown conference was what began the integration of confederation in Canada.
Although initially the conference was for the discussion of a Maritime union between Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI, it soon delved into discussions of uniting all British North American colonies.
The conference took place over nine days, and was followed by two more, the Quebec Conference, And London Conference.
In at least one of each conference, there were the (32) Fathers of Confederation in attendance, those who delegated from each of the Canadian provinces.
