Tycho Brahe was an astronomer who disagreed with the theories of other astronomers such as Copernicus. Instead, he believed that other planets revolved around the Sun, but the Earth remained stationary. Tycho wrote a book after noticing a "new" star that actually hinted towards the death of a star.
