Soooo, after much discussing at the latest convention the elected delegates had to vote to ratify the Constitution. But people were very seperated. The Federalist and the Anti-Federalist where two groups who had different perspectives on the Constition. The Federalist letters to newspapers called The Federalist. The Anti-Federalist were for the people and they were trying to get some basic rights added to the constitution. By 1790 thr constitution was ratified and in 1791 the Ten amendments were added.
