He never fully recovered from his getting shot and avoids going to the hospital despite having gallbladder issues. After avoiding having his gallbladder surgery he ends up going and dying from poor operation. His family sues the hospital for negligence and wins the case.
Warhol is buried next to his parents in Pennsylvania
