From this time KAD replaced the Civilian Section of the Makh-
novist Kontrrazvedka, about which there is virtually no mention
from the beginning of 1920. KAD is mentioned by Belash only
a few times. Thus at the end of July, 1920, the Commission sen-
tenced a Petlyurist insurgent detachment to be disarmed, and its
commander, Levchenko, to be shot for being an anti-Semite and a
pogromist
