Lanes 14th birthday. He has a party with his friends from his dorm, then meets Teddy in the secret room on the third floor. Teddy gives him a bottle of firewiskey and a camera that prints paper photos. They listen to David Bowie, and Lane kisses Teddy. Gay rights. After a while Lane walks him back to his dormitory.
