At the time of Phoenix Base being leaked, Actzol was the first to receive the coordinates of the base from FinnyFinnster. Actzol invited TipTopBop to come to the base with him who he had recently been acquainted with when TipTopBop invited him to raid the base of Resulzer. When they arrived at Phoenix they planned to kill any players they saw. If they had arrived any earlier they would have ended up running into and most likely killing iCodeViper. After seeing the base for themselves, they decided it was sad to see such an amazing base fall and decided not to grief it.

After this screenshot was taken Actzol invited TipTopBop to join him, iCodeViper, and seiyadragon in founding a new group. The group name was decided to be Passione (Proposed by TipTopBop) and its members consisted of TipTopBop, seiyadragon, Actzol, iCodeViper, and FirbisCZ.
