In a recent video that has been uploaded all over the internet, Taliban terrorist group ISIS, has declared war on Hamas group by releasing a 22 minute video of an execution of an alleged collaborator. This is an example of Hard power because ISIS is killing someone and recording it to ignite fear, to persuade the other side into doing what ISIS want.
