Reward Gateway clients and prospects are now able to offer SmartTech™ to their employees as a Salary Sacrifice benefit, taking monthly deductions from their employee's gross salary. We'll also keep the otpion for clients to choose to run it as a (net) payroll benefit so it will be up to them to decide what suits them better. The option will be configruable via SmartTech product setup where the rest of the configurations are available.
