Clashes between Hong Kong pan-democrats and pro-establishment legislators in the Council Chamber. Abraham Shek, the appointed host of the bill committee, rescheduled the meeting to 14 May 2019, and James TO, the host of the pan-democrat's bill committee, scheduled the meeting to earlier of the same day in the same Chamber of Shek's meeting.
