Amnesty International Hong Kong released an investigation report alleging that the Hong Kong Police Force used reckless and indiscriminate tactics and made arbitrary arrests. It said there was evidence of mistreatment of those arrested during detention, demanding the Hong Kong government to promptly conduct an independent investigation into these offences.
