The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology held a dialogue forum with President Shi Wei, attended by more than 450 HKUST students, faculty, staff and alumni. The university said it has a long-standing arrangement to deal with students' non-attendance, and called on young people to adopt effective and non-self-destructive way to express their views.
