Following Paul Szura's evaluation Helfter is placed on a "Performance Improvement Plan". Evaluation period was from June 1, 2012 through June 1, 2013. Not only was the evaluation 10 months late, but was in reference to Helfter's tenure as Graveyard Shift Supervisor. A position he had only held for 6 weeks before the evaluation period timed out.
