Social/ Spatial: These cause congestion on the roads worsening trip times for others. Mostly only used by middle-classes.

Environmental: Limited to 10 passengers these are inefficient and unreliable as you can’t guarantee a space on them since they are often overcrowded.
Polluting.

Economic: Regulated by the govt in the 90s when they are expanded and so now there is a cap on the number of them
