A number of German MPs expressed concern about the Hong Kong government's amendments of the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance, fearing that it would affect the extradition agreement between Germany and Hong Kong, and suggested the German government to assess the impact of the amendments on the extradition agreement, and even to terminate the extradition agreement with Hong Kong
