The Hong Kong pan-democrat legislator Dennis Kwok and former Chief Secretary for Administration Anson Chan quoted German officials and legislators as saying that Germany might cancel its long-term agreement with Hong Kong on the surrender of fugitive offenders because of the legislative amendments in Hong Kong.
