T.L.O was found smoking in the bathroom at school. So the principle searched her bag and found cigarettes. Then he kept searching and found money, rolling power, a list of names, and weed. They sued claiming the school can't search her whole bag, but the Supreme Court ruled schools on,y need reasonable suspicion to search anything.
