Officers responded around 12:48 a.m. for reported gunshots. Two people were found in the parking lot of the law office of W. Benjamin McClain Jr. One person was arrested while the second person ran into the law office building. The person who ran shot at the officers, W. Benjamin McClain III, from inside the building, was found dead inside the building.
