Troopers pulled a car over on Interstate 5 around midnight after receiving complaints. During the traffic stop, an argument began. Troopers Sherron DeBerry, Michael Iacob, Caleb Yoder, and Recruit Trooper Joshua Buckles shot and killed William Patrick Floyd. Floyd was the only person inside the car.
