In 1881, the Oipientian Constitution was both stolen and burned by a political extremist group called the Javik's Sons. The Javik's Sons are a group of political extremists who seek to revive the Oipientian monarchy and are inspired by Tvinth Javik Karmen of Oipienta. With the burning of the Constitution, Oipientan elites immediately gathered together in Cueplios to write up a new constitution. This new constitution took 3 months to complete as it wasn't rewritten from the original but "improved". Many people would refer to the new constitution as the bringing of a new republic, thus the Second Oipientian Republic had been formed. However, this "republic" would often be called Tothek's Republic because of the president at the time, President Jasin Tothek. He changed many things and became a dictator after the new constitution was written up. All of his elections were rigged for his victory and he would end up serving for 5 terms or 30 years.
