A flag and shield redesign of the Covenant of Richmond was created by Jack Stifter, acting General of Defense, during quarantine. The reasoning behind the redesigns was due to a violation to the heraldic Rule of Tincture.

A poll took place between two versions of the flag, one with the shield and one without. The winner of the poll was the flag with the shield by 100%.
