Was a group of nine African American student s enrolled in Little Rock Central High School in 1957. One of the nine, Elizabeth Eckford had experienced the threats of the angry white mob. they screamed "Lynch her! Lynch her!". They even spat on her. Because of this and the opposition of integration by Governor Faubus, this will be the first time President Eisenhower would use federal troops during the Civil Rights Movement.
