After more than a thousand years of glory, dominance, honour and victories, the tale of Rome could be said to be finally concluded by the unresting tribes. The muslim and the turks, with a final assault launched at the Byzantines Capital, Constantinople, the entirety of Rome crumbled and simmered into history. After the losses suffered from the wars, rebellions, foolhardy leaders, religious conflicts and lastly the division of the empire, the Rome succumbed to the Turks and the Ottomans, along with the Muslim forces. With the remnant of the Roman Empire, the Eastern Roman Empire, ending, the forming of the smaller nations starts to take shape. It could be even argued that the downfall of the Roman empire opened up the original forms of modern geographical locations, trade and communications.
