Dorothy (5), her older sister Sonia (10) and their parents travel by train from Irkutsk to Kazan, where they are stopped at one of six Facility gates throughout Asia.

Upon arrival, Dorothy's parents are given three options:

1) Pay the $5,000 per person fee to pass through the gate.

1) Allow The Facility to administer an trial stage "vaccine" to each of their children in exchange for $20,000 per child as part of an ongoing experiment. If they survive the 6 month trial period after being vaccinated, the money will be administered monthly.

2) Work in a gulag to earn your fee, for an indefinite amount of time.
