Beschreibung:

The attendant tells Seward that Renfield was loudly Reciting prayers the night before. Seward, Van Helsing, Arthur, and Quincy find Renfield in his room badly injured. Renfield regains consciousness and tells them that he let the count into the asylum because he promised him lives. Once Renfield noticed a change in Mina and knew the count was responsible, Renfield tried to overthrow him but failed and the count beat him. The group hurries to Mina's room now knowing she is in danger.
