Mother: drug abuse, severe mental health issues, self medicating, little to no interaction with children, no bond with children, mother attacks father then reports him for DV when he defended self, mother is the abuser, no motivation to change, denies any problem exists, told courts children would be better without her, referral to a certified chemical dependency specialist, court ordered no contact with children

Father: sober for a few years, some mental illness but doesn't interfere with parenting, strong bond with children, was arrested for DV though was released and going to DV counseling, father removed children out of home, willing to change, very cooperative, any kind of substance abuse if unfounded, has full custody of children, family and FPS provider support, working and children in daycare
