It was actually released in August 2016, and it was titled “Blonde.” The album was well received by critics, earning several awards. The Album was released as a prime exclusive on Apple Music and iTunes, as Frank Ocean is an independent artist. I first encountered this album on the day that it was released. It has come to be my absolute favorite album. When I listened to “4:44” for the first time, I listened to the song “Caught Their Eyes,” because Frank Ocean is featured.
