Alexander Hamilton advocated for the first bank. First off it was profitable and its rate of liquidity was at its peak. It was known that british kept ⅔ of the deposited funds. It was deemed as a controlling federal institution that is on the verge of taking advantage of citizens money. It shutdown in 1836.
