Your Awards will be always available for you to show you your R&R balance, which you can redeem for great awards! At the same time, Recognition Balance is showing the amount left, which you can use to recognise your colleagues and make them happy. They can be dragged and dropped like other tiles in the SmartHub. Clients can choose to add these anywhere in their Hub. If we make both stats more visible, that will remind employees to send recognition more often and will prevent them from forgetting to use their awards.
