The city bus I take home regularly had to have been assembled with a variety of imported parts; vehicles and vehicle equipment are Canada’s top exports making up 16.4% of total imports. Ontario’s geographic location is in a strategic position to take advantage of North America’s changing natural gas market. The Dawn and Tecumseh underground natural gas storage facilities play an important role in the delivery of natural gas within Ontario as well as supporting the delivery of natural gas to consumers in Québec and the northeastern United States. There are political factors needed to consider in this situation due to the standard of oil drilling and transportation.
