Through the creation of international music applications such as Spotify and Apple Music, people from all around the world are able to listen to all types of music. Myself, for example I listen to music from artists that are from the US, Canada, UK, different parts of Africa, South America, and many other regions of the world. Without the culture aspect of globalization, I would only be able to listen to music from Canadian artists (Which would make my playlists very bland). Drake, for example is an artist who is originally from Toronto, Canada but through globalization's impact on culture, he is known worldwide and his music has millions of hits. Spotify itself is a company based in London, England and all purchases of the spotify premium package are converted from the domestic currency to Euros without the need of banks. This shows the economic impacts through the merging of various currencies through Spotify.
