He believed that matter is made up of individual atoms (which he was wrong because atoms can be divided), all atoms of a particular elements are identicle (which he was wrong because it doesnt account for isotopes), different elements are composed of different kind of atoms, compounds are composed of atoms in specific ratios and atoms are not created or destroyed in a reaction.
