Scope of Modification

1. This modification is issued to implement a new
interface between the Honeywell Satellite
Landing System (SLS) 4000 and the Integrated
Control and Monitoring System (ICMS) per the
requirements of the attached statement of work.
The FAA has the same data rights for theis
upgrade as currently stipulated in the contract.
The total firm-fixed price for this effort is
$364,710. NBP’s Proposal date 13 May 2010 is
incorporated by reference and made a part of
the contract.
2. As a result of the above, the total contrat value
is changed from $9,485,040.62 to
$9,852,750.62,
3. Except as provided herein, all other terms and
conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
