I would like to have my replacement hired a month before the launch. That would give me a chance to "train" him. To get him ready to take over Good News Club at Ellendale. To get him ready to join JYC. To introduce him to the other pastors of the ABA. Lastly, to help him build his youth council, relationships with parents, and relationships with students. There is no easy scenario for a replacement pastor but I believe this will be the most beneficial. You and I can be heavily involved in the search because A) You are the spiritual leader and B) I know the ministry.
