people broke into the Osborne's house, and tied everyone in the house at the time. Joanne and their mother were tied up. Then the two men siad they were looking for their dad. After tied up they let Jack go and said " if you wait 30 minutes you can untie your family." which he did,but the two men said to not tell anyone anyting.
