'Telephone' was very popular and viral, in addition to the collaboration with Beyoncé, for its prison theme and for being the direct continuation of the 'Paparazzi' video.
'Alejandro' was very popular and a song sales success. The theme song was a clear tribute to Abba of his song 'Fernando' and critics positively praised the song. Inspired by a dark aesthetic that showed Gaga's favor for the LGTB collective, becoming a diva and gay reference.
