Beschreibung:

It was caused by a bubonic plague outbreak in Moscow which caused forced quarantine and destruction of condemned buildings without compensation. The economy of Moscow was halted due to factories, shops, and government building being shutdown to atop the spread of the plague. Also, an acute food shortage lead to riots from the lower classes of Moscow. Russian nobility and higher-class Russians left Moscow to avoid all of this.
